HI I'm Matthew the main trainer and walker at Matt's Dog Pals, we are committed to enhancing the bond between dogs and their owners through effective training and enjoyable walks. With years of experience creating a harmonious environment for pets, ensuring that they thrive both mentally and physically. We make sure the dogs and owners are both in tune with each other so they can both learn to trust one another. I personally have been a dog owner most of my adult life and always trained my own dogs and other peoples before taking it on full time. I make sure we have fun while training because the more fun it is the more they want to learn. We can all make games for learning to keep them mentally stimulated which also helps to tire them out. Here is a bit about myself, I use to have a garden landscaping business which I built up and worked for 25 years but due to medical reason I had to stop, plus the pandemic so I felt I had to study for a new career  and the only other thing I was good at was working with dog so I found some courses to make sure I was up to date with training method. Having dyslexia made it all a bit challenge but I pushed on and what I thought I would need which were as below.

I work in and around the Dorset areas Bournemouth, Poole, Broadstone, Wimborne, Wareham have been the main areas I've worked so far, but there may be traveling cost added if asked to go over the 10 miles radius of business address , then there is a £2.50 a mile charge added.

Working with dogs is a passion not a job and to see a dog and owner reconnect and enjoy life together again is amazing by just a few alteration to the way the owner talks to the dog or doesn't in some cases can make such big changes. I love the challenge that comes with dog training and the the respect you get from the dogs after you've help guide then to how they should be with their owners. You never know what you may be asked to assist with next but things can change for the better.
